Who Is Susan Kee?

Elder Susan epnet7Kee believes that success in life depends on sharing from your authentic self and recognizing that we were all created in Gods image. She believes that we must live from the inside out and that we are a many -membered body, fitly joined together, by which every joint is a much-needed part. Lastly, that there must be a fitting of the

joints if we are truly to live.

Her highly esteemed seminars and workshops have trained a generation of women. Through the Real Women.Real Talk Annual Roundtable, Susan (along with other guests) contributes to productive conversation, with no bans on any topic.

How I ultimately started the Real Women-Real Talk Movement – In May 2011 after a late night encounter with God, I was moved to start the Real Women with Real Weight Ministry Website. The website offered a resource page, art expressions page, a listing of local churches, sisterhood of single mother’s page, a daily blog and daily weight busters. The intent was to encourage women to lose the weight that kept them from being free and whole. While the website was promising, and the number of women visiting the site took off quickly, it just did not seem to be enough. In fact, women were constantly emailing and asking what was next. When would there be an event to learn more, to have one on one conversation versus the blogs? After the first year, it was apparent that online conversation was good but there needed to be interaction. In May 2012, we launched the BlogTalk radio show “Me, God and A Cup of Coffee”, To this day, the show airs every Saturday morning at 8 a.m. Eastern Standard Time and the listening audience continues to grow.http://www.blogtalkradio.com/me-god–a-cup-of-coffee.  We also have a Facebook page called “Me, God and A Cup of Coffee”. https://www.facebook.com/megodandacupofcoffee

Yet, we were still receiving emails and comments from women who were listening to the show and asking for more. Desiring to have a greater I.M.P.A.C.T. (Irreversible Motivation Persuaded And Causing Triumph  an acronym God gave me in 1999)rwrt20151, and listening to women all over the world, in October 2012, we launched our first Annual Real Women-Real Talk Roundtable. It is my love for women and women’s issues that have propelled me into areas that I never thought I would go.
